Two way Radios can be complex pieces of equipment, exposed to daily abuse and use can render equipment in need of some TLC. Either preventative maintenance or fixing “abused equipment” we can help.

Red Radio can offer a number of services, from simple “ad-hoc” repair of equipment to full service contract and maintenance contracts and fixed price repairs.

We have nationwide service and support facilities, from our Head Office in Luton (Bedfordshire), covering London and the Home Counties and Offices/Workshops covering the West Country and North West/East respectively, We guarantee return of repaired equipment within 7 days* (* subject to spare parts availability) and support all major makes of equipment.

Repair costs are highly competitive, with repairs starting at just £12 (+carriage and VAT where applicable) and we carry spares and parts for all major makes in stock to ensure a fast turnaround.

In addition to ad-hoc repairs, we can also offer full maintenance and Service agreements to give further peace of mind, with dedicated Service Level Agreements for base equipment and all portables and mobiles so that in the event of any failures, operational efficiency is not compromised.
