Shipping and Returns


Our prices are shown in £GPB (Sterling) for delivery to the UK Mainland only.  

If you require shipping to outside the UK mainland then please contact us for shipping costs at or phone +44(0)1582 481114.

All orders over a nett value of £40 (ex VAT), have free shipping (UK) by either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery, UK Mail/DHL or TNT. 

Orders under £40 nett value will incur shipping costs which is a fixed cost of £6.00 p&p.

Subject to size and weight we will always ensure we use the quickest and safest method for shipping; Royal Mail, Special Delivery/Signed for or UK Mail.  We always ship higher value items by secure courier with PoD (Proof of Delivery). 

Delivery Lead Times

We will always endeavour to fulfil your order immediately, and generally will ship same day.  If items ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing but please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

Items which require programming or configuration may take up to 2 days.

If items are not in stock, we will advise if there is any more than a 48hr delay in shipping.

Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay. Should this be unsatisfactory we will, without delay offer a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Red Radio offer a no quibble 7 day refund or replacement on all products, except audio accessories which have been used.

In the unlikely event that you do wish to return any product(s) to us, please contact us immediately.  Email or call 01582 481114.  Please let us know if you wish to have a replacement, refund or upgrade.

Shipping of returned goods is at your cost, and we will acknowledge receipt of them when they arrive back to us.  Subject to goods and all packaging being returned in "as new" and unopened condition and complete with all packaging and any accessories originally supplied, we offer a no quibble 7 day refund or replacement guarantee within 30 days on most products, except audio accessories which have been used or ones having ear inserts.

Customisable goods not normally stocked by Red Radio which we have ordered solely for your order will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund at 20% of the total invoiced amount including initial delivery charge and if applicable the cost of collecting any goods incurred by Red Radio where the goods on testing are found not to be faulty.

An insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) must be used to return product(s) to:

Red Radio will not be liable for loss if returned goods are not received, and no refund would be given.

At our discretion, we may deduct our delivery costs from any refund.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Errors & Cancellations

If there are any errors or shortages in your order call 01582 481114 or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the despatch of goods. To cancel an order call 01582 481114 or email quoting your order, delivery and invoice number and the reason for cancellation. Goods must be unopened and customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and both goods and packaging must be returned in a resaleable condition.

Carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
